Meadow Qualities annual Christmas Calf Show was held on Wednesday 11th December at our ABM approved calf collection centre in Ash Parva, Whitchurch. Once again, our show was kindly sponsored by Wynnstay Agriculture and Genus ABS. Due to the high quality of calves forward this year, our judge Frank Lindop had a very difficult task placing the individual classes let alone the reserve and champion.
This year’s reserve champion was a British blue bull who was out placed by fresh, long and shapey British Blue heifer, the winner took away a bottle of whiskey and £50 Genus semen voucher presented by Richard Bostock of Genus ABS.
